Press and hold the Adjust button until the city code or time starts flashing
Use the Mode button to cycle to the setting you want to change
Use the Search or Forward button to change the value
Set the city code first if needed
Set the hour, minute, year, month, and day
Press Mode to move through each setting field
Press Adjust to save and exit
For analog G-Shock models, use the crown or dedicated hand-setting buttons if available
If your model has atomic time sync, enable radio or Bluetooth sync for automatic time setting
