Unscrew the crown by turning it counterclockwise until it pops free
Pull the crown out to the first or second position, depending on the model
Turn the crown to set the date if your Rolex has a date function
Pull the crown out to the final position to set the time
Turn the crown clockwise or counterclockwise to move the hands to the correct time
Move the hands past 12 if needed to confirm AM or PM on date models
Push the crown back in fully
Screw the crown down clockwise until it is snug and fully sealed
