Trim the fake nails as short as possible
Gently file the top layer of the nails to break the seal
Soak cotton balls in acetone
Place the acetone-soaked cotton on each nail
Wrap each fingertip with aluminum foil or use nail clips
Wait 15 to 20 minutes
Check one nail and repeat soaking if needed
Gently lift softened fake nails with a cuticle pusher or wooden stick
Do not force or pry the nails off
Buff away leftover glue
Wash your hands
Apply cuticle oil or hand cream after removal
