Overlap the braid and leader ends by 6 to 12 inches
Tie a double uni knot by forming a loop with the braid
Wrap the braid tag end around both lines 6 to 8 times
Pull the braid knot tight
Form a second loop with the leader
Wrap the leader tag end around both lines 4 to 6 times
Pull the leader knot tight
Moisten both knots
Pull the standing lines slowly to slide the knots together
Trim both tag ends close to the knot
