Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness
Pat the chicken breasts dry

Clean and oil the grill grates
Place the chicken breasts on the grill
Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side
Flip only once
Check for an internal temperature of 165°F
Remove the chicken from the grill
Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing
