How To Make An Omlette?

Crack 2–3 eggs into a bowl

Add a pinch of salt and pepper

Whisk the eggs until well mixed

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat

Add a small amount of butter or oil

Pour the eggs into the pan

Let the eggs cook until the edges start to set

Lift the edges gently and tilt the pan so uncooked egg flows underneath

Add fillings if desired

Fold the omelette in half

Cook for another 30–60 seconds

Slide onto a plate and serve
