Gather orange juice, sugar, water, and gelatin or agar-agar
Heat the water in a pot
Add sugar and stir until dissolved
Add gelatin or agar-agar and mix well
Stir in orange juice
Pour the mixture into molds or a container
Let it cool
Refrigerate until set
Remove from the mold or cut into pieces
Serve chilled
