Open Instagram and go to your Profile
Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right
Select “Followers” to view people who follow you
Select “Following” to view people you follow
Compare the two lists to identify accounts you follow that don’t follow you back
Use the Instagram search within each list to quickly find specific accounts
If available, use third-party “followers analysis” tools that detect non-followers (log in at your own risk)
