How To Handle Chopsticks?

Hold chopsticks with your dominant hand

Use the thicker end of the chopsticks as the stable point

Place one chopstick between your thumb and ring finger

Rest the other chopstick on your index finger

Keep the bottom chopstick mostly still

Move the top chopstick using your index finger and thumb to pinch

Open and close the chopsticks smoothly before picking up food
