Mix 1/2 cup ketchup with 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Add 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon vinegar
Add 1–2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Add a pinch of cayenne or hot sauce (optional)
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Stir until smooth
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving
Store covered in the refrigerator up to 5 days
