Wash, peel if desired, and remove pits
Slice or dice peaches to your preferred size
Optional: Treat with lemon juice (about 1–2 tablespoons per 4 cups peaches) to reduce browning
Optional: Blanch 30–60 seconds, then cool in ice water and drain
Arrange peach pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment
Freeze until solid (about 2–4 hours)
Transfer frozen peaches to airtight freezer bags or containers
Remove excess air, seal, and label with the date
Freeze at 0°F / -18°C or colder
Use within 6–12 months for best quality
