Crack 2 eggs into a microwave-safe bowl
Add 1 tablespoon of milk or water
Add a pinch of salt and pepper
Whisk until fully combined
Microwave on high for 30 seconds
Stir well with a fork
Microwave again for 20 to 30 seconds
Stir again
Repeat in 10 to 15 second intervals until eggs are just set
Let sit for 30 seconds
Serve immediately
