How To Prepare Granola?

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Combine rolled oats, nuts, seeds, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl

In a separate bowl, mix oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients

Stir until everything is evenly coated

Spread the mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through

Remove from the oven when golden brown

Let the granola cool completely

Add dried fruit or chocolate chips after cooling

Store in an airtight container
