How To Make Breakfast Gravy?

Cook 4 to 6 slices of bacon or 1/2 pound breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat

Leave 2 to 3 tablespoons of drippings in the pan

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the drippings

Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly browned

Slowly whisk in 2 cups of milk

Keep whisking until smooth and thickened

Season with salt and black pepper

Add more milk if too thick

Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often

Serve warm over biscuits
