Cut chicken breasts into finger-sized strips
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs
Dredge each chicken strip in flour
Dip the strip in beaten eggs
Coat the strip in breadcrumbs
Repeat for all chicken strips
Heat oil in a skillet or preheat oven to 425°F
Fry chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, or bake on a greased baking sheet
Flip halfway through baking if using the oven
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Drain on paper towels if fried
Serve hot with dipping sauce
