Crack 2 eggs into a microwave-safe bowl
Add 1 tablespoon milk or water
Add a pinch of salt and pepper
Whisk until fully combined
Microwave on high for 30 seconds
Stir well
Microwave in 15 to 20 second intervals, stirring after each one
Stop when the eggs are mostly set but still slightly soft
Let sit for 30 seconds
Stir once more and serve immediately
