Download the datapack file, usually a .zip or folder
Open your Minecraft world save folder
Go to the world’s datapacks folder
Copy the datapack file or folder into the datapacks folder
Start Minecraft or reload the world
Enter the world
Run /reload in chat if needed
Check that the datapack is active with /datapack list
