Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels
Place the tenderloins in a bowl
Add oil, salt, pepper, and any desired seasonings
Toss to coat evenly
Arrange the tenderloins in a single layer on the baking sheet
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
Flip halfway through baking
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Remove from the oven
Let rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving
