Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it
Pat the chicken tenders dry
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and any desired spices
Optional: coat the chicken with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs
Place the chicken tenders on the baking sheet in a single layer
Lightly spray or drizzle the tops with oil
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Flip halfway through baking
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving
