How To Bake Chickpeas?

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)

Drain and rinse canned chickpeas, or use cooked chickpeas

Pat the chickpeas completely dry with a clean towel

Remove any loose skins if desired

Toss chickpeas with a little oil and seasonings

Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through

Remove when golden and crisp

Let cool before serving
