Turn the ignition on
Put the motorcycle in second gear
Pull in the clutch
Get the bike moving by pushing or rolling downhill
Reach a moderate walking speed
Release the clutch quickly while giving a little throttle
If the engine starts, pull the clutch back in immediately
Keep the engine running with steady throttle
If it does not start, pull the clutch in again and repeat
Once running, ride normally and check the battery and charging system
