Convert height to inches if needed

Add the result to the base weight for your sex
For metric use, convert height to meters and calculate BMI-based healthy weight range
Healthy weight range = BMI 18.5 to 24.9
Weight range in kg = BMI × height in meters × height in meters
Use the lower BMI value for the minimum healthy weight
Use the higher BMI value for the maximum healthy weight
Compare the result with body frame size and muscle mass if needed
