Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan
Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and let them splutter
Add 1 chopped onion and sauté until light golden
Add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds
Add 1 chopped tomato and cook until soft
Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and salt to taste
Add 2 cups broccoli florets and mix well
Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons water
Cover and cook on low to medium heat until broccoli is tender
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice
