Open YouTube in a web browser
Sign in to the Google account you used to subscribe
Go to Google Takeout
Select only YouTube and YouTube Music data
Export your data
Download the archive when it is ready
Open the subscription history file in the exported data
Search for the channel name
Check the date and time listed for the subscription entry
If needed, use your Google Account activity history to cross-check the date
