Remove oven racks and loose debris
Mix baking soda with a little water into a paste
Spread the paste on dirty oven surfaces
Let it sit for 15–30 minutes
Wipe away the paste with a damp cloth
Spray vinegar on any remaining residue
Wipe again with a clean damp cloth
Clean the oven racks separately with warm soapy water
Dry all surfaces before replacing racks
Run the oven on low heat for a few minutes to finish drying
