How To Clean Oven?

Remove oven racks and soak them in hot soapy water

Wipe loose debris with a damp paper towel or cloth

For light buildup: spray oven interior with an oven cleaner or a baking soda paste (baking soda + water)

For heavy buildup: use a commercial oven cleaner following the label directions

Let cleaner/paste sit for the recommended time (typically 30 minutes to overnight for baking soda paste)

Scrape softened grime with a plastic scraper or non-scratch sponge

Wipe the interior with a damp cloth to remove residue

Re-clean stubborn spots with additional paste and a gentle scrub pad

Clean the oven door glass (apply cleaner/paste, let sit briefly, then wipe clean)

Clean oven walls, ceiling, and corners thoroughly

Rinse and wipe again until no cleaner residue remains

Dry surfaces with a clean cloth

Reinstall the oven racks after they are fully dry

Run the oven on a low temperature (about 250°F / 120°C) for 10–15 minutes to burn off any remaining residue if needed
