Wash the pan with warm water and mild dish soap
Use a soft sponge or microfiber cloth to remove food residue
For stuck-on food, soak the pan in warm soapy water 10–20 minutes before scrubbing
Use a non-scratch scrubber (nylon or stainless-steel-safe) for stubborn spots
Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots
Remove light discoloration or heat tint with a stainless-steel cleaner or a paste of baking soda and water
Scrub gently with the grain of the stainless steel using a non-scratch pad
Rinse and dry fully after cleaning
Remove grease buildup by boiling water in the pan, then scrubbing with soap and warm water
For burned-on residue, cover the area with baking soda, add a small amount of water to form a paste, let sit 15–30 minutes, then scrub and rinse
Avoid steel wool and harsh abrasives that can scratch the surface
Avoid bleach or chlorine-based cleaners
Do not use high heat while cleaning or while the pan is empty
Store the pan dry, or place a paper towel between nested pans to reduce spotting
