Let the pan cool completely before cleaning
Hand-wash with warm water and mild dish soap
Use a soft sponge or non-scratch scrub pad for everyday residue
For stuck-on food, soak the pan in warm soapy water for 10–30 minutes
Scrub gently in circular motions
Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a clean towel
Remove burnt-on spots by boiling water in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then scrape gently
For stubborn stains or discoloration, sprinkle baking soda over the area and add a little water to form a paste
Scrub with a non-scratch pad, then rinse and dry
For heavy grease, soak with a degreasing dish soap solution, then wash and rinse
Use a stainless steel cleaner or polish for dullness or heat tinting, following the product directions
Remove water spots by drying right away or wiping with a vinegar-water solution (1:1), then rinsing and drying
Avoid steel wool, abrasive pads, and harsh cleaners that can scratch or pit
Avoid chlorine bleach and oven cleaners
Avoid leaving food, salt, or acidic liquids (vinegar, tomato, citrus) in contact with the pan for long periods
Store pans dry and stacked carefully to prevent scratching
