Wash the silver with warm water and mild dish soap

Add hot water and a few tablespoons of baking soda
Place the silver in the solution so it touches the foil
Let it sit for a few minutes

Dry and buff it with a soft microfiber cloth
Use a silver polishing cloth for light tarnish
Apply silver polish with a soft cloth for heavy tarnish
Rinse thoroughly after polishing
Avoid abrasive cleaners and rough scrubbers
Store silver in a dry, anti-tarnish pouch or cloth
Keep silver away from moisture and sulfur-containing materials
