Freeze the gummy residue with ice
Scrape off the hardened residue with a plastic scraper or credit card
Apply rubbing alcohol to a cloth and dab the area
Use white vinegar to soften the residue
Rub with dish soap and warm water
Apply peanut butter or cooking oil to loosen the residue
Wipe clean with a damp cloth
Repeat as needed
