Thaw the frozen snow crab legs in the refrigerator overnight, or run them under cold water for 10 to 15 minutes
Fill a large pot with 2 to 3 inches of water and bring it to a boil
Place a steamer basket or rack in the pot
Add the crab legs to the basket or rack
Cover the pot with a lid
Steam for 5 to 7 minutes if thawed
Steam for 8 to 10 minutes if still frozen
Remove the crab legs with tongs
Serve immediately with melted butter, lemon, or seasoning if desired
