Rinse the stone crab claws under cold water
Pat the claws dry with paper towels
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
Add the claws to the boiling water
Boil for 5 to 7 minutes if the claws are already cooked and just need reheating
Boil for 8 to 10 minutes if the claws are raw
Remove the claws with tongs
Drain the claws well
Let the claws cool slightly before cracking
Serve with melted butter, mustard sauce, or cocktail sauce
