Wash the mango
Place it upright on a cutting board
Slice down one side of the pit
Slice down the other side of the pit
Cut off any remaining flesh around the pit
Score the flesh in a grid pattern
Push the skin outward
Slice off the mango cubes
Discard the pit and peel
