Wash the honeydew melon
Dry it with a clean towel
Place it on a cutting board
Cut off both ends
Stand the melon upright
Slice off the rind in strips from top to bottom
Remove any remaining green or white flesh
Cut the melon in half
Scoop out the seeds
Slice into wedges or cubes
Serve or store in an airtight container
