How to Cut the Jackfruit?

Wash the jackfruit and dry it well

Oil your knife and hands lightly to reduce stickiness

Cut the jackfruit lengthwise into halves

Cut each half into smaller wedges

Remove the core from each wedge

Pull out the yellow bulbs from the flesh

Remove the seeds from the bulbs if needed

Discard the rind and fibrous parts

Separate the edible bulbs for use

Clean the knife and board with oil and soap after cutting
