Wash your hands and trim your nails

Sit or lie in a comfortable position

Begin at the neck with gentle strokes toward the collarbone

Massage the collarbone area with soft, circular motions

Move to the armpits with light pumping motions

Massage the abdomen with gentle clockwise strokes

Work on the legs from the feet upward toward the groin
