Open the Google Doc
Click File
Click Page setup
Adjust the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right margin values
Click OK
To change margins for only part of the document, select the text
Drag the left or right margin markers on the ruler
If the ruler is not visible, click View
Click Show ruler
