Open CDXtract
Insert the ISO image into a virtual drive or mount it with your OS
In CDXtract, choose the source drive or folder containing the mounted ISO
Select the disc or track data you want to extract
Choose the output format and destination folder
Click the extract or convert button
Wait for the process to finish
Open the destination folder to verify the extracted files
