Warm the tortilla briefly so it becomes flexible
Place the filling in a line across the lower third of the tortilla
Leave space around the edges and avoid overfilling
Fold the left and right sides inward over the filling
Fold the bottom edge up and over the filling
Tuck the filling in tightly with your fingers
Roll the burrito upward away from you until fully sealed
Press the seam down to keep it closed
Wrap tightly in foil or parchment if needed
