Hard-boil the eggs
Cool the eggs completely
Prepare food coloring baths in cups or bowls
Add warm water to each cup
Add vinegar to each cup
Add food coloring to each cup
Stir each cup to mix
Place one egg in each cup
Let the eggs sit until the desired color appears
Remove the eggs with a spoon
Place the eggs on paper towels to dry
Repeat with different colors if desired
