Unplug the TV from the power outlet
Press and hold the TV’s power button for 10 to 15 seconds
Wait 60 seconds
Plug the TV back into the power outlet
Turn the TV on
If needed, open the TV menu
Go to System
Select Reset & Admin
Select Reset TV to Factory Defaults
Enter the parental code if prompted
Confirm the reset
If the TV is unresponsive
Unplug it again
Hold the power button for 30 seconds
Plug it back in
Try the factory reset menu again
If the remote is not working
Use the buttons on the TV
Or replace the remote batteries and try again
