Turn on the LG TV
Press the Settings button on the remote
Go to All Settings
Select General
Select Reset to Initial Settings
Enter the TV PIN if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart and complete the setup process
If the TV is frozen, unplug it from the power outlet
Wait 60 seconds
Plug it back in
Turn the TV on again
If you do not know the PIN, try the default PIN
Use the remote to open Settings
Go to Safety
Select Reset Password or Reset PIN
Follow the on-screen instructions
If the remote does not work, use the physical buttons on the TV
Open the TV menu
Navigate to the reset option
Confirm the reset
If the TV still does not reset, perform a factory reset from the service menu only if you know the correct steps for your LG model
