Press and hold the Power button on the remote for 5 seconds
Unplug the TV from the power outlet
Wait 60 seconds
Plug the TV back in
Press the Power button on the TV or remote to turn it on
If needed, go to Settings
Select General
Select Reset to Initial Settings
Follow the on-screen prompts
