Open Instagram
Go to your profile
Tap Followers or Following
Remove the person from your followers if your account is private
Set your account to Private in Settings and privacy
Restrict the person if you want limited interaction
Block the person if you want them fully hidden from your profile and activity
Hide your activity status in Settings and privacy
Limit who can see your stories in Story settings
Use Close Friends for stories you want only selected people to see
