How to KT Tape a Shoulder?

Clean and dry the skin

Cut 2 to 4 strips of KT tape

Round the corners of each strip

Position the arm slightly across the body

Apply the first strip from the upper arm toward the shoulder with light stretch in the middle and no stretch on the ends

Apply the second strip from the front of the shoulder toward the upper back with light stretch in the middle and no stretch on the ends

Apply the third strip from the top of the shoulder down the outer arm if extra support is needed

Rub the tape to activate the adhesive

Check that the tape is smooth and not pulling uncomfortably

Remove the tape if numbness, tingling, or skin irritation occurs
