Lay the wrapping paper face down on a flat surface
Cut a rectangle large enough for your gift
Fold the paper in half lengthwise with the printed side facing in
Overlap the edges slightly and tape them together to form a tube
Flatten one open end of the tube
Fold the bottom edge up about 2 to 3 inches
Open the folded section and press the corners inward to form two triangles
Fold the top flap down and tape it securely
Flip the bag over and repeat the bottom folds if needed for reinforcement
Open the bag and push the sides outward to shape it
Place the gift inside
Fold the top edge over if desired
Punch holes near the top and add ribbon or handles if wanted
