1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl
Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla
Whisk until smooth
Let batter rest for 15 to 30 minutes
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat
Lightly grease the pan with butter or oil
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan
Quickly swirl the pan to spread the batter thinly
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes
Flip the crepe when the edges lift
Cook the other side for 30 to 60 seconds
Repeat with the remaining batter
Fill with fruit, chocolate, jam, whipped cream, or savory ingredients
Serve warm
