In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
Stir until just combined
Lightly grease the waffle iron if needed
Pour batter onto the hot waffle iron
Close the lid and cook until golden brown and crisp
Remove the waffle carefully with a fork or tongs
Repeat with the remaining batter
Serve warm with toppings of your choice
