Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl
Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat
Lightly grease the pan with butter or oil
Pour batter into the pan in round portions
Cook until bubbles form and edges look set
Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown
Repeat with remaining batter
Serve with syrup, fruit, or toppings of choice
