Add a form description if needed
Click the plus icon to add a question
Choose a question type
Type the question and answer options
Mark questions as required if needed
Add more questions as needed
Use the theme icon to change the design
Open Settings to adjust form options
Preview the form before sharing
Click Send to share the form
Copy the link, email it, or embed it on a website
